Quinta de Arcossó reserva branco 2023 Trás-os-Montes

This highly elegant white wine is made from a selection of regional grape varieties, such as Arinto, Viosinho, Alvarinho and Gouveio, which contribute to its aromatic and flavor profile. 40% of the blend was fermented in French oak barrels, undergoing a 10-month “bâtonnage” process, which gives the wine greater complexity and smoothness, followed by a three-month bottle ageing period, which ensures the wine has evolved remarkably. It has a refreshing and balanced acidity, making it ideal to accompany fish, seafood, salads and Mediterranean dishes.
