Ladeira da Santa Reserva Branco Encruzado 2023 Dão

This Ladeira da Santa white was produced entirely from the grape variety Encruzado with a partial stage  in new french oak barrels . Coming from the southern end of Dão, where the granite replaces the shale soil, this wine has a greenich yellow color and a orchad fruit , caramel and orange blossom aroma. In the mouth it is persistent, bulky, very balanced with a marked minerality, and an assortment of aromatic plants.
