Hand-harvested, with fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats with temperature control (14ºC) and periodic battonage. The wine has a citrus color with a “bouquet” where mineral and forest aromas are present, with a fresh flavor, with mineral notes and excellent crisp acidity.
