Dom Vicente encruzado de talha 2019 Dão

This wine was naturally fermented in very old clay pots, where it aged for 3 months. A wine with fresh aromas, citrus and light fruit, associated with very mineral notes typical of the Encruzado. In the mouth, minerality and acidity are noticeable. It underwent only natural stabilization and light filtration before bottling.
