Amarguinha licor de amêndoa

This traditional drink from the Algarve region, is obtained from an old recipe of bitter almond liqueur. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, digestif or cocktail. Production begins in the Amarguinha rigorous selection of its components and ends a period of maturation in casks and amazon oak, which gived a stabilising and incomparably wealth of aromas. Light colour of clear caramel. Intense notes of almonds exhale with great complexity. Mild flavour, excellent digestive. Serve with ice. Gold medal ISW 2015.
