It took 12 people each day to carry out the manual destemming and put the quantity of berries needed in each of the French oak barrels of 500 litres. Treated and fermented in the winery and aged 18 months in barrels. It is a wine that during all its process of vinification and stage did not go through any mechanical processes. It has an intense red colour and vigorous aroma, where notes of ripe fruit, black cherries, blueberries and chocolate predominate, all in harmony with the roasted wood. In the mouth it presents body and structure, ripe flavours, freshness, potent and fine tannins that the long and the tasty end, shows the luxury treatment it had. The set shows very well, is surely a red that deserves to be also kept in the basement to see how it evolves.
